This 1849 full cape is just steps away from downtown Kennebunk, restaurants and bars to walk to offering a huge back yard with 80 feet of frontage on the Mousum River. You can canoe or kayak up stream or down all the way to the ocean. Just a 2 1/2 mile drive to three incredible beaches and by request parking passes. Also for the youth there is a skate board park just down the road.

Our lawn , the River make it a special backyard for everyone to enjoy. away from the hustle and bustle of the port.
