This 1849 full cape is just steps away from downtown Kennebunk, restaurants and bars to walk to offering a huge back yard with 80 feet of frontage on the Mousum River. You can canoe or kayak up stream or down all the way to the ocean. Just a 2 1/2 mile drive to three incredible beaches and by request parking passes. Also for the youth there is a skate board park just down the road.

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet historic home in Kennebunk. It felt cozy & private but was a short walk from restaurants, shopping, etc. & a short drive from beautiful beaches. The hosts were welcoming & responsive. All in all a great place to spend time with family.

Our property is an historic 1849 restored home by my husband who is a custom home builder. Our lawn , the River make it a special backyard for everyone to enjoy. away from the hustle and bustle of the port.
