Very clean property and in a great location. Quiet but everything was very walkable, even with smaller kids. Bedrooms and bathroom are small but not impossible. All appliances new, in great condition.

Overall, good. Easy and quick walk to beach. Clean property with mostly everything one needs. That said, I'd recommend hanging some towel racks around and putting a colander in the kitchen. The dryer did not work, which should have been obvious when the property manager texted to let us know the bed coverings were still in the dryer because they hadn't dried (and still were not dry after being in there for hours). That said, when we alerted Nick, he was very quick to respond and offered to send someone out. We declined because it meant either sitting there for potentially hours or having someone in there when we were not. That said, these are minor issues and the property itself is a good one - perfect for a couple.

Loved This Cottage - Great Location

Overall this property is great! Recently renovated with top of the line appliances, etc. Cozy spot behind larger main home. We had some kinks to work out since we were the first to stay since renovations were complete. Stovetop wasn’t working (was fixed), ice maker wasn’t working and not fixed during stay although was provided a bag of ice, no shower curtain on arrival, was provided next day. Welcome book with instructions was not available first day, but was provided next day. No trash can in bathroom either. Was provided next day. Recommend more hooks for hanging towels in bathroom or bedrooms. Parking can be tricky if main house is rented. Main house tenants arrived Friday during our stay. They parked two cars next to cottage. Recommend mgmt company communication to both tenants to mitigate parking challenges. Would stay again. Thanks for quick response to all our needs. Robin.

Very cute cottage! 3 bedrooms but bedrooms are small for the size of beds & makes it almost impossible to make up the beds! I have to have my bed made up every day & it was not a pleasant chore to try & get around the bed to do so! Also minor but the key did not work easily in the door lock.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this adorable cottage. It was perfect for a family of five. It was extremely clean and had a beautiful backyard. We loved the proximity to the beach and the stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful convenient beach cottage.

Great, comfortable space

We had a terrific week in this very comfortable. Although there are 3 bedrooms, there were only 2 of us using the bedrooms with the queen beds. The location couldn't have been better, and we had all we needed to eat it for all our meals.

Comfortable Cottage

The cottage was perfect for my 2 adult children, me and my grandson. Loved having the backyard with dining table and grill. Close to the beach, funland and restaurants and shopping - we plan to stay here next year. The furnishings an amenities of the cottage were vey nice.
