Derby Rental - PERFECT LOCATION!
Our impeccable2 story 2+ bedroom 1.5 bathroom Cape Cod house is ready to host you for your Derby experience. Located ~10 minutes from the track this house is located in the historical neighborhood of Wellington in the Highlands with several local favorite restaurants and bars close by. Very close to St. Matthew's as well which has quaint shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely back fenced in back yard with deck with firepit, furniture, dining table, Weber grill and lighting. Enough driveway parking for at least 3 cars. Nicely equipped kitchen that opens to the deck. For a small fee host will pickup groceries and beverages for you and have in the house upon arrival. $1000/night which includes $1000 non-refundable deposit that will be used towards rental balance and or damages upon checkout.
