Situated in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore, Alberta is a stunning destination for vacationers. A visit to the Rockies & Banff can be as active or relaxing as you desire. Recreational opportunities abound year round.

Our studio suite is equipped to help you best enjoy your stay!

There is no better place to call home and we will strive to make your holiday a memorable one.

***We possess a valid business license to operate issued by the Town of Canmore.
The space
Your private walk out suite with a private entrance is tastefully decorated in wooden décor and includes a flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer.

Free onsite parking and storage for your bigger toys like skis, golf clubs or bikes is available.

Guests can relax on the furnished patio in the garden located just outside their suite’s private entrance, enjoy and unwind by having a sauna in our private cedar sauna and luxuriate in a great night’s sleep in a queen size bed.

We provide our guests with bear spray and hiking poles at no charge for the duration of their stay as these items can be difficult to travel with.

To assist you in planning your days’ adventures we have guide books and maps at your fingertips

Within the suite there is a snack center outfitted with a bar fridge and sink, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Guest are expected to clean up after themselves, dish soap and cleaning supplies are provided for you at no cost.
Other things to note
We live above you, so you may hear some foot steps. However, we are polite and respect your privacy.
In the summer season we require a minimum 3 night reservation as we find guests are disappointed if they have less time to spend in the area! When we have gaps in our calendar where we only have 1 or 2 nights available we will consider booking these nights for the shorter duration.

Fantastic rental close to downtown Canmote

The host was responsive and our entire stay was hassle-free. Martha's place was only a 6 minute drive from downtown Canmore and she had all the necessities a person would need in the unit itself.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful short stay at Martha's. Her house is in a great location, and check-in and out were both smooth and easy. It's cozy but has everything you might need (fridge, corkscrew, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.!). It was also absolutely pristine--cleaner than many hotels we've stayed at!--and the bed was very comfy. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to access Canmore & Banff, and Martha was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Martha was a great host. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and perfectly suited for 1-2 people. My wife is an architect and really appreciated the custom carpentry in the apartment. There are so many thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable. Hiking poles, bear spray, and a sauna all provided made it perfect for a hiking getaway. Walking around the neighborhood at sunset and exploring the nearby Kananaskis were big highlights of the trip!

Ideal Location When Visiting Banff National Park

This location is ideal for visiting nearly everywhere from Calgary to the Icefields Parkway. Martha was a fabulous host. The property is thoughtfully furnished with all that most people would need. She provided extra small touches that we didn’t expect but certainly appreciated. We highly recommend.
