Waterton Country Villas is located 8 km (5 miles) north of Waterton Lakes National Park entrance. You can't find a vacation home closer to the mountains and Waterton Lakes National Park.

Waterton Country Villas A Unit is the main part of the house. Our home as 3 bedrooms, sleeps 10, and has 1.5 bathrooms. The three bedrooms and full bath are located up stairs on the second level. The main level of the home is open with view out every window. Unit A has a deck to enjoy the outdoors as well as access to the fire pit.

Glacier National Park is easily accessible by way of Chief Mountain road and border crossing.


Waterton Country Villas in made up of 3 rentable units called Unit A, Unit B, and Unit C. You can rent the whole house (A, B & C) and sleep 32 people, or a combination of Units A & B or Units A & C or each unit individually. The views of the mountains from the house are amazing. You have a view of the mountains out every window. Look down the valley to beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park. There is a common shared fire pit that is really fun. Unit A & Unit C both have a deck on them for you to enjoy the outdoors.

Unit A is the main upper two floors of the house. Unit A will sleep 10 in the upstairs bedrooms that consists of 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. There are two rooms with 2 queen beds in each and one room with a king bed in it. The main floor consists of a full kitchen, a living room with TV, and a half bathroom. There is also a small sitting room to just relax.

Unit B is the lower unit below Unit A. It is a walkout basement. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other a king bed. Unit B sleeps 6 in beds. This unit contains one full bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room. Unit B connects to unit A by a lockable door. Walk out onto the patio and enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and outdoors.

Unit C is part of the main level and is wheel chair accessible. Unit C is made of four bedrooms, #1, #2, #3, and #4, each containing 2 queen beds and sleeps 16 in beds. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge and each room contains a full bathroom. There is a kitchen and living room that the guests can use. Please note that if you only book one or more of the rooms that you could be sharing the kitchen/living room with other guests. The laundry room is shared with Units A and Unit C. It is lockable from both sides so you can maintain your privacy. You can rent all of Unit C or each room individually.  

Guests will need a car.
