Walk to chair lifts/gondola/restaurants/shops. Ski-out your back door via Oxford ski-way to the Elkhorn Lift or a short walk to chair 6/Centennial Express or Children's Gondola/ski school. Ski in down from Strawberry Park lift for lunch or at the end of the day and relax in the hot tub!

Private and quiet 1 bedroom + den, 2 full bath, in the Townsend Place building. Walk-out to all the shops, restaurants, ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and Vilar Center of the Performing Arts, play ground for kids 50 ft away, overlooking the creek. A+ location and views. Be in the center of the action!

In the summertime you are right next to Beaver Creek Golf Course (you can book tee times for this golf club by staying here), hiking trails, biking trails, miniature golf, kids trampolines, slack lines, Corn hole, climbing walls.

Great stay, loved the location in BC Village

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and as advertised. We were right on the Oxford Way ski path that leads to the Elkhorn ski lift, so we will be back in the winter to do some skiing! Loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants in the village too! Hosts very responsive.

Cozy Condo

This condo was super cozy for our family of four! It was clean, spacious and just right for our family that traveled to Vail Valley for a baseball tournament. The reservation and check in process was easy with super responsive hosts. It had all of the amenities we needed in a beautiful location. Definitely would stay here again!

Creekside vaca

As always, we had a lovely time visiting Beaver Creek. Our condo was relaxin and quiet. The creek splashing and singing to us all day and night was perfection. We had a fantastic experience.

It was a relaxing and pleasant summer stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, although a pool would have been a nice addition. The sound of the creek was nice, although ski resorts always seem to have loud construction during the summer and this also added to the soundscape. Good communication. Comfortable and nice.

Great for families!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful summer retreat

We had only been to Beavercreek during the ski season and so what a pleasant surprise to stay here in August. The accommodations were peaceful and picturesque. The location was fabulous. Beaver Creek and Vail ar lovely this time of year! We especially enjoyed the close proximity to beaver creek Our fur baby absolutely loved this location close to the creek and the trails along the creek.

Great place!

We loved staying here for a quick getaway! It was me and my husband and our three children. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need. Conveniently located located within walking distance to the village. We definitely need to come back in the winter since it’s ski-in-ski-out along the creek! Would highly recommend!

Just right for our stay with our adult daughter. Good location, ski storage in ground floor, ski-in/ski-out, short walk up to the main Beaver Creek village. Well-appointed kitchen and cozy robes in the closet, perfect for going to the hot tub outside! Great communication from the host. Thanks!

Great location

Enjoyed the stay however the room with the 4 bunk beds was small with very limited place for belongings. Even though the place advertise to sleeps 6 I would recommend only 4. The living room had a couch and 2 chairs. The couple that stayed in the bunk bed room used the top two bunks to place all their clothes. Very comfortable for 4 people. Wonderful location.

We love it here!

This is our second time staying in this unit. We love the location and the condo right along the creek. You can here it when you have the windows open or if your on the balcony. We walked to the Vilar Center for performing arts for a concert! Would highly recommend.

Nice place

Overall a nice place. I went for a conference at a nearby hotel so wasn’t in the room very much but it was nice when I did. The front door handle is pretty janky and difficult to operate but otherwise everything else was nice.

Fabulous Condo on the Creek in Beaver Creek Village!

Our family had a great weekend getaway! The condo was easy to find, hot tub out back that the kids enjoyed, and the sound of the creek with the windows open was so relaxing. Communication with Reed the property manager was excellent. This condo is 1 minute away from the Beaver Creek Golf Club which is a fantastic course. We played twice! Highly recommend this condo. We will be back in the winter!

Convenient location, but needs a little TLC

The condo is a great location with great amenities. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. You could tell the bathroom showers had not been cleaned. The couches also had a lot of crumbs on them.
