Myrtle Beach- Beachfront Condo Schooner II Beach Club 7/8-7/15/23 149 a night!

I've owned this timeshare for a while now and this beachfront timeshare building has always been well maintained and updated, having gone through several complete re-models. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and responds quickly to your requests.

A nice pool, lounge chairs, and only 4 units per floor makes this "resort" seem somewhat private when compared to the large properties that are found throughout the Grand Strand. This is condo-style, not a hotel!
The space
The beach is just steps outside the building and is one of the widest beaches on the East Coast, even at high tide there's plenty of room. Life guards are on their elevated chairs all day long, umbrellas and loungers are available for rent.

Less expensive than many hotel rooms, this is condo living with full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc.. You can save a ton of money and enjoy your own coffee or breakfast, snacks, or make a full dinner for your family if you choose to.

Maid service is provided in the middle of the week, your unit will be fully cleaned and fresh towels, soap, etc provided. There is no cleaning fee with this unit, that is included.

There is a bedroom with a king size bed and seperate sink/vanity area which can be shut off from the full bath for privacy. There is a set of bunk beds ( see picture ) and a queen size sofa bed. The bunks are sturdy, my wife and I have slept in them. They have since instituted a recommended weight so are probably best for children/teens.
Guest access
The building has a pool, hot tub, and a large grassy area with provided lounge chairs. Beach towels are provided and laundered daily. Fresh bath towels are available when you want them, simply turn them in at the first floor laundry and get a fresh set.

There is a large workout room, hot tub, and racquetball court for your use on the 15th floor.

There is a large common room with family sized tables for games and relaxation, as well as a staffed front desk 24/7.

There are several pay W/D combos for your convenience in the building along with vending and newspaper machines.
