Great cabin, beautiful scenery, very private, we had what we needed. We enjoyed our trip ! It is a big hill to get to the cabin, but we had no issues going up with the trailer. They do a nice job keeping it maintained. Parking was fine and we pulled two buggies on our trailer!

2nd time staying at this charming cabin! Wonderful experience, remote just the way we like it! Ready, no trailer access to HMT and other trails. Plenty of room to park trailers. Hostess was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay and play

My wife and I came down to stay for a long weekend with friends to ride the local trails. This property checked all the boxes - we had an absolute blast while there - the property owner was able to answer all of our questions before we could even ask. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great private and quiet location! You can access Ivy Branch & Big Coal River Hatfield & McCoy trails by driving straight from the property. Convenient location to Danville where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, gas, etc. The driveway is big enough for 2 vehicles with trailers. You will want 4WD coming up the driveway so you don’t throw gravel. Owner is very responsive and provided great info on the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

It was the perfect place for my husband, me and our dogs. It was private, clean and comfortable. It left my husband wanting to build our own little cabin in WV. But I think it’s much more convenient to visit this well maintained property.

Perry mtn cabin

We stayed here during our trip to ride Ivy branch. We enjoyed the fact that the cabin is secluded yet a reasonable distance to the trail. Christina and her husband were wonderful hosts. Hope to be back soon.
