Perfect house& location for our group! Porches/patio could have been cleaned of pollen better!was planning on keeping two boats@dock/only needed room for one so it worked out fine!nice house/would definitely rent again!thanks!

Santee

The house was just as advertised. We enjoyed all the rooms. If it wasn’t so hot May have been able to enjoy the outside more. But, all in all a good place to stay. Not much to do in the area. We took a day trip to Charleston which was nice.

We came for a Family Reunion

The house was Amazing! We were in a quiet neighborhood and on Lakefront Property. The house was equipped with every necessity that was needed. Pots,pans, extra towels, Shampoo and Everything that was needed. It felt like home. Scott Clark texted me to ensure all my needs were met. Yes! I will be back and I'll be using this Beautiful House.

Fishing trip

For my Christmas present, my daughter gave me a day's fishing trip with a guide. We took my boat so we could fish on the other days of our stay. My wife and my best friend spent 4 days with me on this beautiful cove with our daughter and grandson visiting and my wife's sister visiting. Except for one day of rain, we had a terrific stay. The house was in a lovely cove and met all our needs. The dock was perfect for our boat. We would highly recommend Kyle Austin for a fishing guide in this area. Wonderful day on the water.

Family time

The home is a nice sized home with plenty of area to spread out for large party groups. The host communicated well pre trip. There was an issue with the smoke detector that was communicated to host but there was no response. The home had not been clean very well, but I did not communicate this during my stay, I just took care of the issues myself as everyone was arriving and it needed to be handled. I would recommend the property. I sent a list of my concerns to the Host which has been forwarded to the property owner. Hopefully they will be handled before future guest visit.
