Hummingbird Hideaway - Unwind & Relax! Quiet Cul De Sac. Kids & Pets Welcome!
Beautiful and peaceful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Recently upgraded and well appointed by a professional interior designer. Enjoy a private yard with a pool and spa in a great location!
This property is close to Tennis Gardens, Acrisure Arena, and many more desert attractions. 10 minute drive to El Paseo where you can enjoy outdoor shopping and dining. 20 minute drive to Coachella and Stagecoach Festival Grounds.
The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the dining and living area, which features a flat screen TV over the fireplace (fireplace is not operable). The sliding glass door leads to a spacious and private backyard, perfect for lounging. Two chaise lounge chairs have been added to backyard since photos were taken.
Primary bedroom features a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has beautiful french doors that open out into the living area. Bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and features a spacious soaking tub.
Spa heating included. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day, minimum of two days. Children must be supervised at all times around pool. Absolutely no diving allowed. We love our guests and want to keep them safe! Custom Pool Safety Fence can be set up for an additional fee.
Pets allowed for an additional fee. No more than two pets allowed. Pets cannot exceed 50 pounds.
Occupants must comply with City of Palm Desert Good Neighbor Guidelines.
26 night minimum. Shorter stays are available with owner onsite but guaranteeing complete privacy. Please inquire for rates and details.
