House Rules- Comfort & Quiet - Carroll Gardens House is a private residence. We ask that our guests respect the comfort and quietness of the owners and residents. CGH is NOT a party house. It is a 130 year old brownstone on a quiet tree-lined block. Please keep voices and footsteps low when entering late at night. Smoking Policy – there is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or outside on the deck. Pets - We do not allow pets. Cancellation Policy – Cancellation within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you have canceled we will refund you 100%. Park directly across the street with softball field, bocce court, 2 playgrounds, 5 basketball courts.
