The room was ckean and in excellent location. The fitness center and pool were unfortunately out of order during my stay but they made up for it in allowing me a little bit of a late checkout on my checkout day, which was a huge help in conpleting my remote work from my room without interruption

Our stay was good, however, we’ve stayed at better hotels that were much better for a lower price. I haven’t ever stayed in a hotel that you had to pay for breakfast and the breakfast choices were expensive for what was offered. It was cheaper to eat out some place outside the hotel.

Did not end up staying here. Had an event rescheduled a week prior to my reservation so i reached out to try and change the date since this is a hotel not a single home. They waited until a few days before my event to tell me that they would not change the date of my reservation. I'll be looking for somewhere else to stay while visiting in a few weeks.

This property is very close to all things Carmel. It is lovely and clean. The only reason why I gave the property just a good is because we had booked it for a concert that was being held in Fishers. The Monday before the Friday that we were due to check in, I found out the concert was cancelled and rescheduled for August. I asked the host if they would be willing to transfer our reservation to August for a change fee. They were unwilling. We went on Friday because I didn't want to just "lose" the money. The hotel was packed, which made me even more disappointed. It would not have financially hurt them to re-book. There was a soccer showcase, a basketball showcase and a volleyball tournament all going on and that doesn't even include the wedding party that was staying there. I wish they would have just been understanding.
