We spent 3 nights here. Condo is on the 13th floor with a great view of the ocean. We could see wildlife swimming in the ocean. The unit itself had all the essentials, we didn't use the kitchen at all but it was well-equipped.

This condo is definitely plush….too plush for a beach condo! Living room furniture all velvet, dining chairs velvet, white couch, tons of “stuff” everywhere. Definitely not a condo for any family with children of any age. Deck crowded with too much furniture. Everything was definitely beautiful, but not comfortable. Would not stay there again. Excellent view and location.

This location is excellent. One can see the entire beach. From Seaside to Alice Beach Unit was really well stocked. Very nice kitchen Very clean. Beach was steps away. Only issue it’s just so expensive to stay here.

The renovated condo looks just like the photos! The unit was clean, had a modern colorful interior, fab kitchen, and a great location. Balcony had 180-degree of stunning ocean views! We highly recommend this unit. We will be back next summer!

Lovely stay

It was a very beautiful place and had almost everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. It would’ve been great to have a few more coffee pods that were not flavored. I could never get on the WiFi with my computer but it worked on my phone. Overall highly recommend this spot ! The sunset on the balcony is amazing ! It also had only one working elevator for 21 floors, which was a bit tough at times, but we made it work

2024 Seagrove

Southern Vacation Rentals is not great at communicating. Hard to call them on the phone and poor website for portal. Overall, the property is pretty good. In my opinion, Southern is likely busy or understaffed and not very customer focused.

Wow!! This place was amazing all the way around. Booking- easy. Communication- easy. Unit- phenomenal!!! I have stayed at a lot of different types of properties around the world and this place tops my list. It was beautiful! It was super clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. The beach was gorgeous and very private. The balcony was our favorite. My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here and shot a music video on the beach @bigmaster on IG. It was perfect. The local restaurants were great also. Love this place! I would highly recommend. I look forward to returning very soon!

The washer/ dryer unit was not effective….took meat too long and ruined some clothing. Bottom drawer of oven was jammed so we didn’t have a baking sheet
