Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse completely remodeled with all the amenities. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, stainless appliances, and granite counters. Vinyl plank floors, neutral colors and all new furnishings throughout. Furnishings include a king bed, queen bed, a large sectional, and a dining table that easily sits 6. Pet and child friendly with a private fenced back space (10x20). Laundry located in utility room off back patio.

Access anytime with smart lock.

You're welcome to bring a vehicle or two! There are ample parking spaces.

Maximum 2 dogs, extra dogs need approval. No cats, breaking this riule will result in a $500 fine plus pet fee.

Peaceful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed in the house. The area was also very quiet and the neighbors kept to themselves, which we really liked. There's also a great Mexican restaurant down the street and many eateries close by. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in that area.

Clean and stress free property

The property was clean and check in was easy. A few pre trip questions and requests were handled quickly and Brandon was very accommodating. Check out was easy and no special instructions were given, which made it feel more like a vacation.

Close to UWF

Ideal location for work at UWF. Easy access to campus avoiding traffic issues even during peak times. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants along to way to UWF. Host responses to communication almost instantly and all deficiencies taken care of immediately. Quiet neighborhood.
