Black-out Roman Shades and California King beds in all three bedrooms. Plenty of closet space; pantry; laundry facilities with laundry tub; study with printer; high speed wi-fi; 12' ceilings; heated floors with individual controls in every room and re-circulating, instant hot water makes this house a joy. Wonderful recreational opportunities surround the house--ATVing; hiking, swimming, boating and fishing in the summer; snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing in the winter. Enjoy the change of seasons in the fall with the outstanding colors of the aspen trees and first snows on the mountain tops. 25 miles from world class skiing at Steamboat Ski Resort. Glorious lake & Mountain Views

The views at Karen & Eddie’s home are astounding!! Sunsets galore. Extremely clean and well kept home and 5 acre property. High end finishes and furniture abound. The kitchen is stocked beyond measure. Gas grill. Decks in front and back. Hot tub with mountain lake & sunset views. Karen and Eddy take impeccable care of their home and made sure that we were happy with our stay.and had all that we needed. They even came and mowed several times during our stay. If you are thinking of staying here for a month or more, do not hesitate!!
