Guadelupe River access, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs! One pool is heated in winter!

Downtown, Comal river and Schliterbahn are a .70 mile walk.

❄️🦜Winter Texans & Snow birds Pets ( welcome great place to unwind! Waterwheel escape is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums New Braunfels Texas.

🏘️🚙Central location 2 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, Schliterbahn, Comal river, Gruene, Wurstfest hall, Comal County Fairgrounds. Juno on highway 35 and take a 30 minute drive to San Antonio, Canyon Lake, and Wimberly. Austin is just an hour away and Fredericksburg an hour and a half.

🏡🛌🛌🛋️A 1st floor corner unit, both the on suite and secondary room feature queen size beds with plenty of pillows, 2 full size bathrooms as well as a full size pull out couch. There are linens and pillows provided for the pullout couch.

🏞️The property has two pools (one heated) and 4 hot tubs. Enjoy nature and the wide open green lawn shaded by pecan trees.

✨The large wrap around patio and wide open sky’s is perfect for stargazing and enjoying coffee.
🛶🚣 Guests are provided with on site private access to the Guadalupe river.

🌳In the fall enjoy picking and gathering pecans. Long ago, this very location used to be a pecan orchard.

I am always a phone call, text message, or Airbnb direct message away. I live about 30 minutes away and it’s no trouble to swing by and help with anything you may need.

☕️But first-Coffee- We provide a starter pack of supplies to get you going! In the kitchen you will have coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, to satisfy your coffee needs. Also so many great near by coffee options.

🧼🧽🫧🧴There is also a brand new sponge, dishsoap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric Softner sheets, paper towels, and trash bags.

🧻🛁🧖Bathrooms come equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Had a great time staying in New Braunsfels. Great location to everything we wanted to do. 4 adults was crowded enough would not recommend 6 people stay in such a small place unless it is kids

Great Getaway

Great Location

You can go near I35 and get to all the staple type of places to shop and eat or you can take the short drive to the town square and enjoy local flavor. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the area. Great quiet place.

Great location

Perfect location, central to everything. The outdoor space and river are a huge plus. You’re only a few yards to the Guadalupe river and pool area . We will definitely return, the manager of the property was also very responsive and checked in on us a few times during the stay.

River Trip

The condo was the perfect location for floating the comal or Guadalupe. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to keep in contact with the property manager as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We were 2 couples. We enjoyed this condo. Great patio. Great location. A couple little things that were really nice: the light switches were labeled and I liked the night lights. Very thoughtful.

Wonderful Interior & Amenities!

We found the rental to be larger than expected, well furnished, nice furniture, and beautiful green area behind the condo. It was easy to get food delivered and had a great selection of restaurants and entertainment close by. The hosts were quick to answer their phones when I had a couple minor questions.

Fantastic Stay

We went to stay with friends as our husbands went on a hike for the weekend. My friend and I and our kids just loved it. The location was perfect. Right on the River, lots of greenery space, great pool, and the home was comfortable and clean! We had a great time. The kids spent so much time running and playing outside. We will definitely be back!

We had a memorable vacation at waterwheel condos and will definitely return next year to the same place. It has a nice access to the river and kids had fun at the vast private backyard. Aimee was extremely flexible with our requests. We had asked for stools for the toddlers just few hours before the checkin time. But Aimee made that happen and it was one less thing to worry about for us. All that we needed for us and the kids were right there in the unit. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Super flexible and responsive. It was such a relaxing vacation and a nice break from the city. Thank you Aimee for hosting us.
