We are glad to hear you were happy with the cabin. We would welcome any feedback as to why we received a less than perfect rating and hope you choose to stay with us again.
Very nice place with a lot of amenities. Have friends interested in staying there now. Wish the bunk beds were a little softer. Our family had a great time.
Could not have had a better stay. Cabin is so beautiful. Had everything we needed. So clean and comfortable. Very impressed. Can’t wait to do this again! Thank you!
Good Spirits was the perfect property for our reading retreat. Plenty of seating area to enjoy a book or chat with friends. Host and Tinstar Co. management were a pleasure with excellent response time and service in general. We will definitely come back to a Tinstar Co. property!
Beautiful spacious cabin! Better then advertised. Comfy beds, TVs in all rooms, lots of lighting, perfect areas for fireplace, free s’more kit and firewood. We had a relaxing stay.
Everything about this property is amazingly beautiful! We had so much fun and the pictures doesn’t do this property any justice. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

This place is so beautiful. It really made our trip. The layout of the house was perfect for large groups. We had a very nice, incredible, relaxing and fun weekend. We will be back!
The property was amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was really convenient. Felt like we were isolated even through other properties were nearby. Arcade, fooseball, horseshoes, and the many smart tvs made for plenty entertainment for the kids. The bathtub water pressure was really low but all the showers were great. Would definitely stay here again!
My family & I decided to go the cabins for Thanksgiving 2023. GOOD SPIRIT did not disappoint. The cabin was beautiful, very accomodating for my family. We made some good memories this Thanksgiving holiday thanks to Good Spirit!
This is a beautiful cabin. Very spacious with bathrooms for each bedroom. The 'kid's room was amazing. Double beds on both top and bottom. Can totally see teenagers using that room in total comfort. living room and deck provided plenty of space to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your glowing review! It's fantastic to hear that the cabin’s layout and amenities enhanced your experience, providing comfort and ample space for everyone. We're glad that the ample living areas allowed for great socializing during your visit. Looking forward to hosting you again for another enjoyable stay!
The property was nice and secluded, easy to get to with Google maps. There was plenty parking for all vehicles and room to spare. The property was very clean and spacious. Everyone to be in close proximity but not on top of each other. The fire pit was perfect for gathering day and night. We enjoyed the sound system on the patio, as we sat outside and enjoyed nature. Beautiful place, would definitely recommend to others.
We enjoyed the unplugged weekend. No emails, laptops, WiFi and getting back to cooking, eating and making memories with friends. Drove to state park and enjoyed the outdoors and then back to the house for more relaxation time. Listening to the rain while relaxing.
Our family of 8 stayed for three nights and enjoyed the house very much. It was very clean and amenities were great. We had an air conditioning issue upstairs and purchased a fan to help. When notified, the property manager was very responsive. The location was further out of town than what we typically reserve but we knew that when booking- just have to add additional travel time if you are out and about a lot. As others mention, at times there is a sewer smell when you are at the fire pit. Very quiet neighborhood, easy check-in and check-out process. We enjoyed our time.
Beautiful set up! Couldn’t ask for more, EXCEPT the refrigerator needs to be replaced. Finding a punched out control button on the door was evidence to us, we weren’t the only guests that lost refrigeration. 3 service visits on a 4 night stay was an intrusion to this peaceful setting.
Loved the place once we found it. Info was wrong on address so we drove about 30 miles extra looking for it. The place was beautiful and clean. The back porch was awesome and my favorite spot but the raw sewage smell was terrible. Not sure where it was coming from but made it hard to eat outside. But we loved it here We’ve been here to beavers bend several times and this was our favorite property to stay at by far❣️❣️❣️
This was a perfect home for our families.
Accommodations we the best. 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths were so nice. No one shared a bathroom.
Lots of fun games. Shuffle Board, Pac-Man, corn hole, horseshoes and a great outdoor fire pit.
Kitchen was very well equipped and we used the outdoor grill twice.
I would give this 10 stars if that was available.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! Super clean and fun cabin. Plenty of games for kids and adults. There's so many tvs around the cabin. Very luxurious!! Courtney was the best. She responded to all my questions very quickly. It was my families first time in a cabin and WE LOVED IT!! Thanks for making the first time the best time. The kids had a ball. Very quiet area also. 10 to 15 mins from everything. This is a must reserve cabin for any family.

Nice home with lots of issues
The property is just as described. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly found out the powder/laundry room sink was not working, we immediately called and were told they would not be able to fix this during our stay. Also, during most of our stay there was a terrible sewage like smell coming from the powder/laundry room downstairs which is in the middle of the home. I would not book this property again the Owner refuses to communicate with me and did not even offer any type of compensation due to the awful smell we had to endure.

We appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the sink and the odor during your stay. We're committed to improving based on your feedback to ensure a better experience for all guests moving forward. We have since fixed the sewage smell and it is no longer there.
This property left us wanting for nothing. It was absolutely beautiful and furnished with everything you could possibly want. The setting felt very secluded and was very quiet and relaxing even though access to the highway leading into Hochatown was very close. The accommodations were very comfortable and first class all the way. Our host, Courtney, was a pleasure to work with. The proximity to Broken Bow lake was a nice surpise. We picked up a boat rental on Friday that was maybe 12 or so minutes away. And shout out to Bralin from BB Outdoor Rentals! He met us at the lake with the pontoon, launched us and then picked us back up while coordinating the timing via text basically allowing us to adjust our rental on the fly. He was amazing and very personable young man! We will very likely be staying at this property again soon and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area and Ouachita National Forest. Thank you for an amazing exerience!
