The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.

We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

We had a great value for what we paid. We enjoyed the beach thoroughly, as well as easy access to the causeway. We had great beach access, pool, & parking, It was quiet at night. We had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. She was patient with us as we got in later than expected. If we come to Miami Beach again, we would definitely stay here again.

The location is supreme right on the ocean and short walk to the main strip of South Beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. They were also accommodating to help us hold our bags until our flight on our last day.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—even helping us try to find someone to jump our car. This location was 1 block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, which I absolutely loved. The property was clean and the check in/out process was easy.
