Boasting all-new construction and design, this spacious escape features waterfront views of Sunset Pond and direct boardwalk beach access right from the community. During your stay, enjoy complimentary on-site access to the community's resort-style pool or enjoy a few rounds at Palmilla Beach Golf Club.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

An open layout, ample windows, and lofty cathedral ceilings create a bright and inviting ambiance for group gatherings in the great room. A massive sectional and smart TV set the scene for casual downtime, while a dry bar equipped with a wine cooler and mini fridge are ready to mix up some pre-meal entertainment. Spark gourmet inspiration in the stainless steel chef's kitchen and take care of cleanup with ease using the automatic dishwasher. Furnished decks on either side of the home offer plenty of opportunity for outdoor living. A gas grill is also provided for Texas-style barbecues. Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
