Welcome to the Bayside Community of Fenwick Island, DE! This modern home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living area, a first floor ensuite primary bedroom, and a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer. The second floor has another ensuite bedroom,  2 guest bedrooms, a large loft area, and 1 full bath.

Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk – and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner – Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.

* You are required to bring your own linens (bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, and wash cloths).  Linen rentals with delivery and pick-up are available as an add-on at the time of booking.

* You are required to bring your own toiletries and paper products (shampoo, conditioner, body/hand/dish soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.).

* Amenity badges are available for an additional charge of $85 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $55 per person for 3 consecutive days. If purchased or modified 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass.  Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA and are non-negotiable.

* The maximum occupancy is 8.

* No smoking, vaping, pets, or events allowed.

* Per local ordinance, occupants must utilize the home’s private parking (all driveway and garage spaces) before occupying any available street parking.

* Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.
