About this property

This townhome is my second home. Nestled in trees, quiet, welcoming space with a large side yard and a fenced back yard with a covered patio and covered back deck. I enjoy the outdoors, so both have outdoor furniture.

Your host

This townhome serves as my second home, so I've set it up for comfortable living. I bought it from my daughter when they relocated, so I feel a special connection to the space. I enjoy the variety of restaurants and shopping of all kinds within two miles. I find the space conducive to writing, so I stay there when I can.

Why they chose this property

This space is set up for comfort and ease of living. I especially enjoy the way the space is configured. It offers an airy, spacious nest with full kitchen, dining for 8, two outdoor, secure back yard, a queen-size master bed and a bunk bed futon in the guest room. A full laundry and bath and 1/2. The kitchen is fully equipped and has complementary coffee and tea.

Long term stays welcomed.

You'll find a weight bench and dumbbells and a dedicated work space with high speed wifi and a printer in the living room. Smart TV with most streaming apps installed.
Guest access

The smart lock makes access totally simple. I assign you a four-digit code (could be the last four digits of your mobile number). The back yard is secured with a privacy fence and a gate locking from the inside.

You have easy access to Interstate 20 and Bobby Jones Parkway/Interstate 520. Augusta National is 4.6 miles away. The medical complex is within 15 minutes down Walton Way. Downtown, with its unique restaurants is an easy 15 minute drive down River Watch Expressway.
