Welcome to our 2BR/2BA apartment in a serene neighborhood. The living room is bright with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair. Poor Communication & Property NOT Well Maintained

Due to issues with another VRBO, I had to quickly find another place to stay and this was it. At first, the communication with Jeff was great, but then after I paid I heard nothing from him, until I called VRBO and threatened to cancel the stay and get my money back. After that, he texted me check in details from his personal number and I once again had contact. Once we arrived to the residence, since this was my first VRBO experience, we walked the apartment before unpacking so I could make sure everything was tidy. It was NOT! I took pictures of everything broken or messed up so I do not have to pay for them through the damages I paid for in addition to my stay. One microwave was broken, the guest shower faucet was about to fall off, the glass closet door was broken, the blinds were torn apart, the primary bedroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the numerous light switches did not work properly. Along with that, during the duration of our stay the entire apartment smelled of marijuana…awful! When we return home we will be rewashing all of our things so they don’t smell! Overall, the property was in a good location and the parking garage, apartment pool & hot tub were nice. I would NOT stay here again though!
