Wake up to the sound of the waves in this private 4-bedroom villa, just steps from an unspoilt white sand beach. Both the interior and exterior have been carefully and personally remodeled and furnished to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere of both comfort and luxury.
The interior features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite with King or Queen beds and an option to convert one bedroom to a double twin. The living & dining "great room" features ocean, hillside and sunset views as well as an 85" smart TV with Netflix, Apple and Sports channels. The house is equipped with 3 separate HVAC air-conditioning units and central heating.
The great room leads to the outdoor terrace and pool area, which features an infinity pool, BBQ & dining area, separate lounge area as well as cushioned lounge chairs.
The beach is just a quick walk with easy access via a semi-private path and no stairs.
This property is ideal for families, friends and couples and is truly a special way to experience the best of beach living.
