Convenient to Eureka, Hiking/Biking trails, Motorcycle/Pet friendly, Hot Tub.

This well kept home is just outside charming Eureka Springs, AR, known as the Little Switzerland of America or the San Francisco of the Ozarks.
Shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers are at your fingertips. The home has features that cater to motorcyclists, including a paved, circular driveway w/two entrances to Hwy 62, a garage that accommodates at least 4 motorcycles/trikes with ample receptacles for plugging in battery chargers.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full meals so you can save by not eating out all the time if you like. The spacious deck in is a great place to relax, cook out, but (never move the grill under the overhang of the deck) and have a soak in the hot tub. There is a big fenced yard that accommodates children, pets and yard games if you want to bring some toys.
Please note that our rate is for 2 people using one bedroom and one bath. Adding additional guests will incur an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
If you have a pet, make sure you’ve cleaned up any of their droppings in the yard and dispose of them properly. There are tools in the garage with which to do so.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. If left alone at the property they must be in a kennel. Also, clean up messes and pick droppings.
Re: Hot tub: Before using guests must shower thoroughly w/soap. Do not add anything to water like bubble bath, scents etc. Close cover when done!
Thermostats at 55 in winter when temps could fall below freezing. Otherwise, turn it off.
