Great two bedroom apartment on the first floor in the heart of Cloverdale with screened porch.
Located on the first floor, this 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment features mid century modern furnishings in a 1920's space. It is perfect for weekend stays and business trips.
It has a full kitchen so you can eat in or go out. Please note: there is not a microwave, the kitchen doesn't have the counter space.
Located in the Heart of the Cloverdale / Garden District & minutes from Downtown Montgomery.
Walking distance to Vintage Cafe, Pine Bar, Dirks, & La Trattoria
We live close by and will be happy to meet guests, if you desire. Otherwise you can check in by keypad and we’re available by phone, text, or Airbnb Messenger.

The Garden District is an older, urban neighborhood in Montgomery. It features mature trees and is on the edge of Downtown. If you want a more suburban feel, I would consider East Montgomery.
The coded keypad out front accesses the entire 2 bedroom apartment. There is street parking and steps to access the unit.
Memory foam mattresses and pillows are encased in safe-rest mattress covers to prevent dust, allergens, and other pesky allergy causing stuff. The high ceilings and period details are full of charm. There is Roku TV in the main living area. We try to make this feel like a hotel experience.
The space is exclusively a short term rental and the space is professionally cleaned for each stay.
The first floor apt uses window units to cool and heat the space.
Our cleaners are diligent in making sure door knobs, oven handles/knobs, refrigerator handles, light switches etc are wiped down thoroughly. If you have concerns, please let me know and I am happy to provide more details.
This location allows you to walk to several cafes, a pizza place, a wine shop and a boutique grocer.
To get around Montgomery, I would recommend getting a rental car. Everything in Montgomery is within a twenty minute drive and you can always find parking.
If you don't want to get a rental car, Uber and Lyft are probably the next best options.
Please note this is an older building so the home does not have central heating and air and uses window units and space heaters. This has not been a problem but we do want guests to be aware. There is a private screened porch that overlooks the lovely front lawn and neighborhood. You can walk to Vintage Cafe, Vintage Year, Cafe Louisa, Tomatinos, and Pinebar.
