Located directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment. Property feature 8 apartments all units is 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen ,full bathroom. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped. Pool access

This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only .

Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building.

Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed, smart TV ( no local channels ), internet. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. if you prefer 1st floor please check unit1,2,3,4 . first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped .we offer 1 parking per unit ,we can provide extra parking for extra fees.
we can provide bigger parking spot for big cars only

parking tag will be inside your unit .please keep it displayed on your car during your stay as any car with no tag will be towed . park you car as close as you can to the fence .

Small changes needed

A few small issues. Bathroom door is angled and will not stay open. Kitchen table too large to be useful. Not a lot of utensils. Overall a pleasant stay close to the beach.

Lacking amenities

The room itself was meh. There isn't enough utensils so bring your own. I think there was one teaspoon to use. Shower was adequate. There are no pictures of the rooms. The floors had some sort of a film on it. Bedding was good. Had a hard time finding out the host's phone number but another guest in the property had the number so we could get another parking place. We forgot the key inside and locked the door. The window was open, so we were able to easily remove the screen and unlock the door. When not there, close and lock windows. Not sure we would stay here again.

sorry for your experience but we make sure in each room there’s between six and eight sets of utensils. It’s whether in the drawer or inside the cabinet couldn’t find my phone number. That’s weird because it’s in the listing when you do the booking and there’s a big sign has a phone number on the building .security is your own once you get the keys I can’t tell you how to secure yourself in a unit also, we have 18 cameras surrounding the property

Comfortable.Homey..cose to Beach.

Clean..apartment 2 bedrooms. Could have slep 8 people come with use of stove fridge microwave complete kitchen. Lived in homey feeling. Nicely simple decorating. Came with a dmart TV we were able to hook up our phones hotapot and watch whatever we wanted. Very close to the Beach. Had ac in two rooms. Nice living room for hanging out with our babies. And my cousin and her husband stayed a night. Very roomy place. THE Owner was Friendly..Attentive..and great personality. Not as new as a hotel. But very comfortable. to stay. Clean and 1 min to beach and ships. FLAMINGOS Coffee is right next door ..for delicouse coffe and breakfast. We stayed 2 nights. Watches Fireworks from Porch area. Great View. Right near the State Beach House. On Hampton Beach. Will recxommend to family and friends.
