Escape to our cozy 2-bedroom vacation home in the charming town of Linn Valley. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Soak up the sun on the lake, beach, or sparkling outdoor pool. Curl up by a crackling fire on chilly evenings.

2 Bed/1 Bath. Queen in Master, 1 Full Bunkbed & 1 Twin Bunkbed in second bedroom. Sofa bed in living room. Comfortably sleeps 8.

This home was just renovated all the way down to the studs! All new everything! It's on a quiet, peaceful street perfectly located between the Big Lake and 18-Hole Golf Course.

Linn Valley is a private, gated lake community 30 minutes south of Overland Park.

It's a perfect getaway with TONS of amenities!

Why they chose this property

Our family started coming to this lake years ago and fell in love right away. We bought this house and gutted it and just finished a complete remodel down to the studs in 2023. We hope you love the lake, pools, golf course, and all of other great amenities like we do!

What makes this property unique

The Red House is on a quiet street with only one full time neighbor. It is so peaceful out here, off the main roads but perfectly located for everything the lake has to offer right by the gold course and the main lake. We hope you find it as special as we do!
