Elk 96 is a spacious two-storey chalet with cathedral ceilings and imposing windows offering breathtaking views of nature.

On the main floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace. On the same floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and another bathroom.

Downstairs, you can enjoy a large living room with a pool table and two double cabinet beds with bedding included. There are also three other bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a double bunk bed each.

This exclusive property also features a covered porch with two BBQs, a large deck with a hot tub and an outdoor firepit that is surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

Other amenities include two refrigerators, a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (Starlink – high speed unlimited access) and an electric vehicle charging station.

There is a tennis court, two pickleball courts, a basketball court, a children`s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months), and an indoor pool (available all year) for guests to relax in. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are available on-site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. During the winter months, guests can enjoy access to an outdoor ice rink, snowshoes for hiking, and toboggan rentals.

A convenience store is available at the Recreation Centre.
