It has dining room and living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms sit 1 suite, air-cooled, balcony, full kitchen, Wi-Fi and cable TV channels. Quiet building in a safe condominium with gym, sauna, restaurant, swimming pool, children's area with playground and mini sports court, barbecue, lounge of estacionamto parties., concierge and 24 hour security. Next to RIOCENTRO, the BRT stations, and bus to all parts of the city: South Zone, Central or West Zone. Tudo excelente no Flat

Fui com minha família e ficamos no Flat sa Lizzie que nos atendeu primorosamente, obrigado por tudo. O flat é Top, super limpo, condominio excelente ao lado de 2 mercados, do Habib's e Shopping Word Barra. Pertinho da praia. O Flat possui tudo para uma hospedagem tranquila sem falar sa Lizzie que nos atendeu super bem. Breve voltaremos ao Rio, e entraremos em novamente com a Lizzie.

Otimo espaço e localização

O imóvel é muito prático e aconchegante. Lizzie e os funcionários do prédio foram muito gentis conosco, além da flexibilidade nos horários de check in e check out. Localização ótima, próxima a vários mercados, restaurantes e praias. Tudo perfeito, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Indico!

Adoramos o Ap, espaçoso, limpo e aconchegante. Localização perfeita para nós que iríamos ao Rock in Rio, além de mercado próximo e fácil acesso a outros locais. (Só não dá para ir à praia à pé) As áreas comuns do condomínio adoramos também, usamos piscina e academia, e possui um restaurante interno com uma comida bem caseira, gostosa e preço acessível (nos salvou kkk) Não temos nada a reclamar.

A estadia foi excelente! O apartamento é super bem localizado, próximo à praia e a vários shoppings e facilities (supermercado, farmácia, hortifruti, etc). Também é muito confortável, completo e fica num condomínio com segurança e que oferece ótima piscina, saunas, parquinho e restaurante. Lizzie, a administradora, foi muito gentil, ágil e solícita e não mediu esforços para nos proporcionar uma estadia da melhor qualidade. Super recomendo!!!

Excellent place

What a great place! The manager Lizzy was responsive and helpful! We stayed during the summer 2016 Olympics! Even after we booked the place John allowed was accommodating and allowed us to stay another day as our flights had changed! He also allowed us to stay until 4pm on our last day as we had a later flight! Lizzy would send us helpful links to emails for the bus, a reputable taxi driver, etc! The owner of the place John was also very helpful! We spoke to him several time and he was also very helpful! The place was exactly what was advertised! It was clean, centrally located, safe and just what we needed! I would highly recommend this place! Lizzy and John were honest and helpful! They were a pleasure to work with! I would definitely stay here again if I return to RIO!

Eu e minha família amamos o apartamento (nos sentimos em casa); o condomínio (estruturalmente bem equipado); os funcionários (prestativos e simpáticos); D. Ótimo lugar!

Excelente apartamento para feriados, temporadas ou finais de semana. Super confortável e equipado. Para quem prefere cozinhar, a cozinha tem tudo! Fomos em 4 pessoas para aproveitar o Rock in Rio e praticamente não precisamos tirar o carro do estacionamento do prédio. Tudo muito próximo (mercado, empório, restaurante e praia). Transporte também é outro ponto favorável: pontos de táxi e ônibus do outro lado da rua. O atendimento da Lizzie também é outro ponto de destaque. Super atenciosa e ágil. Esperamos retornar em breve!

Adoramos!

Fomos num grupo para o Rock in Rio e adoramos o apartamento. Realmente, tudo o que se vê nas fotos é a realidade! É perto de tudo: mercado, shopping, restaurantes e se localiza numa das principais avenidas que ligam o Recreio a Barra. O transporte na localidade é excelente, com muitos ônibus e táxis, importante para as pessoas que, assim como nós, estão a pé! Também é perto da praia! Tivemos a oportunidade de visitá-la em dias de descanso. A Lizzie, nem tenho o que falar, pareceu uma mãe para nós! O contato foi extremamente fácil e ágil, sempre respondeu aos e-mails e ligações! Foi um prazer conhece-la! Adoramos o Rio e com certeza voltaremos em 2013!! Quem sabe, antes! Para as pessoas que estão a procura, eu indico com certeza! Beijos! Fernanda

Bom lugar para ficar

O que se ve nas fotos e o que voce tera no apto, ou seja, o apartamento e muito bom. A area de lazer e muito boa. Meus filhos adoraram o play e a piscina (apesar de nao termos usado a piscina porque fazia frio). O pessoal que trabalha na administracao do condominio, e otima. Todas as vezes que pedi ajuda, ali elas estavam com boa vontade para me ajudar. O predio fica proximo de restaurantes, supermercados, da linha amarela e da praia. Lise, e uma otima pessoa. Muito receptiva e amavel. A comunicacao entre eu e ela foi muito facil. Recomendo o apartamento. Flavia e familia.
