Midtown, a neighbourhood in Bryan, is home to this holiday home. Topgolf Bryan and Texas A&M Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Ridgecrest Shopping Center and Townshire Shopping Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Kyle Field or Reed Arena.
I stayed here with my bridal party and their partners. Every couple was able to have their own room and the 10 of us fit very easily in the common spaces as we got ready for my wedding or just hung out.
This place was everything we needed for our family get together. The backyard was big, the rooms were spacious and the neighborhood was quite. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again!
It was awesome. Very last minute and the communication was amazing. The place was even better than advertised and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.
Great place. Teen kids were entertained. Cowboy pool is very warm due to metal trough but would probably feel good at night. Make sure and bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There were two trial size shampoos but would only be enough for one person and one shower. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again :)
Loved everything about this property. We came with a few of our son's teammates and it worked out great as the boys could stay in one area of house and adults in other and we never heard them :)
We had a great time. The house was perfect for our group. Those who did not attend the game could stay home and still have a watch party and afterward BBQ.
The house was great. There was enough room for everyone. Everyone actually got to have there own room. House was very clean. Great location . Everything was right there around us. Will definitely stay there again

Thank you so much for staying with us Keri! You are welcome back anytime!
Great house perfect for big families! LOVED how all the beds were either a queen or a king sized bed! We didn’t have hot water the morning of checkout but there was nothing we could do about that.

Hi Bailee! Thank you for your review! I apologise about that happening on your checkout day and we would have been happy to rectify that had we known about it during your stay. Thank you again for choosing us and we hope to host you again!
Had a great stay! House was exactly as described. More than ample room for our party. Very clean and everyone reported the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Just minutes away from the Campus - super easy to navigate.
Suggestions: 1) Provide a step stool for those vertically challenged people (like me) in the master bath or lower the mirror. 2) Provide an Anti-slip mat for each tub - reports were that the tub floor was very slick (we had an 84 yr old with us).
Wish we would have been able to spend more time outside enjoying the amenities. Will certainly book again should we have a large group.
We booked this house to attend the Games of Texas with our track team and hosted several kids—some with asthma. Upon arrival, we discovered a mold-covered bathroom vent. Although the host agreed to send a cleaning crew the next day, we treated it ourselves after getting permission, since waiting wasn’t an option.Things only got worse. The second night, there was no hot water. Eight out of ten guests were forced to take cold showers. A handyman arrived Saturday morning and temporarily fixed the pilot light, but by Saturday night, the issue returned. My husband relit it, but Sunday morning—our departure day—we had no hot water again. We were told someone would come Monday…after we’d already left. This stay was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The house looked much nicer in photos than in reality. The “pool” is barely larger than a hot tub. There are no TVs in the rooms, making it a poor choice for a group stay. We’ll be returning to Bryan next year for the Games, but we won’t even consider this property—or this host—again.
