Fabulous location, great area to walk dogs and many walkable fun options for dining and entertainment a few blocks away on High Street in Short North. The space was new and modern and comfortable to relax or work. Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the trip even smoother. Great location and overall experience—highly recommend!
The home itself was good and comfortable. The walls are a little thin which can be a problem at night, especially since you’re right by a busy road, but overall, it was a very nice stay. Would recommend to others
The place was clean and a fairly decent neighborhood. Parking is included, but only 5 spots available. The bathroom only had 1 washcloth. The tv did not work. Bedroom faced the street so you could hear cars all night. Kitchen was fully equipped.
This location was excellent for our stay during Sonic Temple. It was close to the venue so we could walk, it was updated/well maintained and the hosts were great communicators and made the process very easy. Would be my first choice upon returning again. Thanks!
Stayed for a long weekend, place was clean and prepped for our arrival. Check in and check out process was easy. Easy to contact property manager through varbo app. Would recommend.

Great location. Clean and spacious. Great communication with property.
Great for a short weekend! Everything was great, however they didn’t have a top sheet in the bed, just bottom sheet and comforter. I would recommend having the top sheet and guests can choose how they sleep.
Was a perfect location with free parking included for our weekend at Columbus convention center. We were able to walk when it wasn't raining, which was perfect. The shower water pressure and temperature was much to be desired. No coffee wasn't provided for the Keurig, which was also surprising. The bed was super comfortable. The noise was a little loud but expectes loud, but expected due to its location.

Weekend
This is our 3rd stay at this property. Overall it’s a good place to stay except for a few small things. They only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth for 2 adults for 2 nights. I asked for more and they were never delivered. This has happened at every stay. The parking can be difficult too.
The location was perfect for a visit with our student at OSU. It was well appointed with everything you need for a couple of days and was super clean. There was limited parking in back, but we arrived early enough to secure a spot. It was easy to get Lyft or Uber to go anywhere. Lots of great restaurants right there too. The only drawback for me was that it's on Fifth Ave which is a very loud street and the bedroom faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. We'll probably stay here again in the future.

Columbus Visit
We stayed for 4 nights and only had 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. I requested additional towels and was told they would be delivered in the morning. We did not get them until our last night and there were only 2 towels, no wash clothes. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I still feel like I have shampoo in my hair. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper. I requested additional toilet paper and never received it. We have stayed here before and we love the location and the place overall. But it’s tiring having to ask for towels and toilet paper!

Needs Details
The place was OK, but I found it a little unusual that so many details were overlooked, like a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, or any type of hook or bar to hang a towel (of which there were only two), kitchen towels, dish rack, an extra blanket, etc. The white tie floors were beautiful, but a rug at the entryway would have been nice so that it did not get muddy immediately. Was great to see the previous guest's hair on them, so there's that. If you stay here, be sure you are able to park within inches of another car, or simply not be able to park there at all. The pretty white couch in the pictures is a little sketchy up close. Ohio State called, they want it back.
Property was clean and updated. The street noise is definitely bad and it’s difficult to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and worn out so we kept rolling into each other all night. The couch is worn out in many spots and not comfortable. The water pressure is very low and basically drips out of the shower head. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans are very cheap and very limited. The handle on the refrigerator door was broken but would have been an easy fix with an Allen wrench but wasn’t addressed. The floor vent in the living room is dented in and has sharp edges that someone could have easily been cut if they stepped on it. The property is definitely not insulated and we had to run the heat at the end of May. The lack of insulation definitely makes the street noise much worse.
I stayed at Tom's rental for about a week while I was working up in Columbus recently. It was exactly as advertised. Nice, newly updated kitchen, and comfortable room and living quarters. This apartment is in the middle of town, so if you have a hard time sleeping with outside noise, you might need to sleep in the living room. Other than that, everything is positive except one tiny detail. The hot water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. It definitely works, and the water is decently hot, I believe it's something minor that can be easily fixed. The communication with the property owners was great! They gave prompt replies and solved all the issues I had. (I never bothered them with the water pressure situation since I only ended up taking three showers while I was there.) But I have no doubt in my mind that if I had brought it up on my first night there, they would have undoubtedly had someone there the next day to diagnose and solve that issue. In summary, I was very comfortable during my stay. I will definitely be reaching back out to Tom if I am back in Columbus for more work. Thanks again for the great stay!
