Your close proximity to local restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets ensures whether you eat in or out, everyone will be content. Also, boat and jet ski rentals nearby at Dells Water Sports and Rivers Edge.

Closer to your holiday oasis, you'll find plenty of family-friendly activities! Take advantage of your private beach access to embark on scenic strolls in the sand. A free rowboat and a paddleboard are available to use, as well as docking space boatowners are sure to appreciate. Have the kids frolic in the play area's swings and the slide while you sear meals to perfection on the shared grills. For dessert, use the outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows and make delicious s'mores.

Inside your air-conditioned retreat, you'll be greeted by a homey ambience and decor complementing your lakefront location. Wind down in the bright open-concept living area and get cozy with a warm breeze from the gorgeous river-rock gas fireplace as you watch your favorite streaming service on TV. Whether you crave entire meals or a snack, the group chef can oblige in the full kitchen. Though you can enjoy their creation together at the dining table, it'll be difficult to resist the allure of the deck. Stroll outside and dine alfresco as you gaze at the picturesque scenery before you.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
This resort does not allow guests who are not listed on the reservation. Outside guests may not be on the property.
Dogs must be leashed on property. Owners must pick up dog waste. Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are not allowed. Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the unit if left alone. Leaving dogs alone is strongly discouraged.

Dock details: The length of dock is about 40 feet. The depth of water is 2-6 feet. There is a sandy area. No equipment provided and no restrictions.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
