Just to clarify, my listing has never advertised a TV in the bedroom — the TV is located in the living room, as clearly shown in the listing photos. As for the location, my place is accurately mapped on the listing, and it’s easy to find when following the detailed check-in instructions provided. Easy affordable one night stay

If your heading to downtown clearwater for a night and need a cheap spot that's close enough to uber around, this is it. No issues- I'd rent it again.

Property was located between Clearwater beach and Baycare ballpark, which was exactly where we wanted to be. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. Would use again.

Cute Little Place

It was a great place for us. Close to a lot of things, easy to find from the road when driving up, well lit at night. The apartment has great AC, good water pressure, had 4 washcloths, 4 beach towels and 4 regular bath towels for use. It is definitely a small place, just big enough for 2. Everything was great but I do wish it had a closet or more storage for suitcases. I would return!

Needs a Little Work

- Fridge was very noisy. - Coffee maker did not work (but close to Dunkin Donuts). - Must be there ahead of spring cleaning, but a few wipes made the light switches white again and handles non-sticky. - No smoke detector. - Musty smell, but opening windows (the ones with screens) helped. - No extra blanket (but borrowed one). Plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of toiletry items if you forgot to pack

Thanks for being our guests. We appreciated your feedback, but all the time I prefer that the Guest communicate directly with me during their stay for fix any issues. We have smoke alarm in the place, but someone removed it and kept it on the top the refrigerator, about the coffee machine you never mentioned nothing to me. My place is very clean and I don’t have any complaints with other guests. Good luck and I hope next Time you can find a better place that can meet your exigencies. Thank you
