Welcome! New build home in a resort golf course community with a public swimming pool and restaurant in the neighborhood. Conveniently located 7 minutes to boat ramp on Lake Sam Rayburn. 3 bedroom two bath, open floor plan. Large back patio for relaxing in the evenings. Secluded on half an acre in the woods, backing up to a small creek, it is the only house on the block. Ample parking with a side drive for boat and trailer parking.
