Cozy Rehoboth Beach Flat with Deck in Town of Rehoboth Beach

Come visit us in Rehoboth Beach just minutes to the beach and a half block to Rehoboth Ave.

Thank you for inquiring about our vacation property in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I am renting the second floor during the 2025 season. The flat is four blocks from the ocean (about 1 mile or 16-20 minute walk) and two blocks from downtown Rehoboth Beach.

The unit sleeps four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other small bedroom has a double bed. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided. The master bedroom has CATV and DVD/VCR and the living room has CATV, DVD/VCR, Comcast wireless & wired internet capabilities.

The unit has one full bath, a full kitchen with utensils, a deck, an outside shower, a washer and dryer located outside under the deck, and off-street parking for one or two cars. A parking permit for the City of Rehoboth Beach is also available.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. There is a $125 cleaning fee. When booking there is a 50% deposit required and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to reservation.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus the $100 cancellation fee. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

FYI: When cancelling your stay VRBO will not credit back your service fee that they charge when booking your stay.

Another Great Stay

This spot is just the right size for our family of three. The apartment is clean and has the basics for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the parking pass, which allows you to park close to the beach and boardwalk. This was our second stay at this spot and we’ll be back again!

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach

This has become our favorite place to stay. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but the shuttle bus stop is nearby. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Pleasant stay in good location

We had a nice weekend staying here. The place is well located, about a mile from the beach and the boardwalk and closer to some shops and restaurants and was easy walking to get around. The place is a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. The outside shower was handy after the beach and it was nice sitting on the deck. Would recommend.

A nice surprise!

We were surprised at how close we were to everything - it was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed and we enjoyed spreading out and eating on the deck. The outdoor shower came in handy. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to have a quiet vacation

This property has all of the conveniences of home. It has onsite parking and a pass is provided if you want to drive the 0.4 miles to Rehoboth Ave. We planned out our breakfasts and dinners and we enjoyed the most wonderful meals. There's plenty of hot water for showers and the deck has shade from a tree. Definitely recommend!

Charming unit close to everything

I parked my car on the property and walked everywhere that week! I walked to downtown Rehoboth shops, restaurants and the beach. A walk to the Tanger Outlets only took about 45 minutes. The unit was clean and well-stocked. Good shower pressure, the A/C worked great and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

20th Century Charm!

My husband and I both loved the place. It was very clean and an extremely comfortable place to stay. And we didn’t have to bring our own linens and towels. 20th Century Eclectic decor! The sink looked like it was from the 40’s, but the oven was brand new. The different light fixtures brought back memories of gen X childhood! Would definitely stay again!
