The largest and most private of our rooms, the Lighthouse Room is decorated in British colonial style and features a spacious luxury bedroom under a quad-vaulted ceiling with wood beams. With a commanding view of Mar Bella's pool and courtyard, it's on the second floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed, Ralph Lauren armoire to store your clothes, and a lounge area with comfy chairs. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink with lighted makeup mirror. An office area features a walnut desk and chair. There's a 70" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Lighthouse is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

NOTE: There is a flight of carpeted stairs leading up to the Lighthouse from ground level. Assistance carrying luggage to your room will be happily provided by Mar Bella staff on request.

Hidden gem!

Mar Bella was amazing. The photos of the Lighthouse Room don’t do it justice. I was blown away by how spacious and beautiful the room was in person. The facility was clean, quiet, and had tons of amenities available. Definitely a hidden gem in DE and will be back for another stay.

Wonderful

Our stay was short but so lovely. The property is quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of outdoor seating and lounges, the pool and hot tub were great. Our room was spacious and cozy and had everything we needed. We wished our trip was longer, we’ll definitely be back!

Celebrating Marriage & Birthday!!!

This is our second time staying at Mar Bella, and I have to say it was just as amazing as the first! We absolutely loved the Lighthouse suite, beautifully decorated and so spacious. The pool was spotless and refreshing to take a dip after the beach. Of course we took full advantage of the Himalaya sauna too. We will definitely be back again!!! Wonderful Get Away in the Lighthouse

Impeccably clean with a peaceful atmosphere. The Lighthouse room was so spacious and comfortable. The calming beach scenes with music playing on the tv as we walked in, set the stage for a relaxing stay. It was so calming that we never wanted to watch anything on tv. We loved our overnight stay!

We were so pleased with our overnight stay at Mar Bella. The Lighthouse Room is spacious and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. Mar Bella exceeded my expectations—it’s just as beautiful in person as it looks on their website! As a self-proclaimed neat freak, I truly appreciated how spotless the entire facility was. A welcoming, clean, and safe stay in Rehoboth!

I booked the Lighthouse room for Valentine’s day last month. I was amazed by everything Mar Bella had to offer! The whole property was so clean and peaceful. I loved the password check-in process to make our traveling easier. We enjoyed staying there just as much as we enjoyed activities in Rehoboth. We arrived on Valentine’s day to see our room decorated for the holiday! That was such a sweet gesture. It was the perfect get away, David and Vana are super welcoming hosts!

Awesome place

This is a great place to stay. The amenities are amazing with pool, huge hot tub and sauna. There is a large area ti sit out out by the pools with plenty id options to maintain some privacy. We stayed in the lighthouse room which was very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a really nice space to relax. There is plenty of parking and access to lewes and rehoboth is a quick 10 minute drive.

Very nice small hotel - good value

The property is as nice as the pictures on the website. The room we had was large, clean and newly furnished. Equipped with a modern large-screen TV. The courtyard / pool area is sizable relative to the number of units. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The pricing was in my opinion quite reasonable. The only negative one might see is the property is not in the midddle of the Boardwalk / center-of-town. That seems a minor drawback given the nice neighborhood and peaceful atmosphere of the property. I don’t think you will find many hotels like this in that area. The owner contacted us not long after departure - when the maid found a nice set of headphones we had left behind in our room. He made arrangements to ship them to our home. We will be back.

We loved the whole experience of staying at Mar Bella. The pool, hot tub and sauna were high standard. Lots of great seating outside. Loved the coffee station. We loved the Lighthouse Room!

We enjoyed a terrific 3-night stay in the Lighthouse Room, which is a new room that wasn't available during our last visit. What a treat -- giant room, comfy bed, huge TV. Mar Bella is our go-to for luxury beach getaways. It's a new, sparkling clean and well-managed resort, and it has character and comfort that we never found in the boring chain hotels on Coastal Highway. Every time we visit Mar Bella, we discover new features and amenities added by the owners, David and Silvana, who continue to make smart investments in the property. They are amazing, as noted by most of the other reviewers!
