Find gorgeous space to relax, unwind, and take in the view at this beautiful Whidbey Island home near Deer Lake. This is a place to recline in the shade of tall evergreens, admire views of Puget Sound and the Clinton ferry landing, and watch your kids play in the expansive backyard.

This two-story home is wonderfully located near downtown Clinton, where it sits on a double lot at the end of a quiet road. The woods approach the house on one side and a large, open lawn awaits on the other. It's a fantastic location for finding peace and privacy, yet you can also get out and explore easily. Deer Lake Park (one mile), the Clinton ferry (two miles), downtown Langley (seven miles), Sunlight Beach (eight miles), and Double Bluff Beach (11 miles) are all close by.

Begin and end each day outside on the deck, a serene spot for morning coffee, lunchtime picnics, and evenings spent stargazing in Adirondack chairs. The home's interior showcases the great outdoors as well, offering plentiful windows, views of the sound, and an abundance of sunlight throughout.

The main living space upstairs brings together an open living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with views of the surrounding property. A second, enormous living space awaits downstairs in the den, a great spot for playing board games, Atari, or movies on DVD or streaming services. A host of special amenities are even provided for kids, including toys, books, a baby gate, a booster seat, a high chair, and a Pack 'N Play.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, including a primary suite overlooking the water, and one bedroom downstairs. Bonus features of the house include a laundry room and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
