Great house very near the beach. Great pool and spa. Everything you need to enjoy time around the pool or on the beach. Comfortable beds and plenty of them. All the dishes, drink glasses, silverware and pans you could possibly need. Eleven of us had a great week in this house despite cool and rainy weather.

This was the first time we went with a pool and a block from Gulf. It was fantastic, since it was a little cool (mid-60’s to low 70’s). The house, the pool, the Gulf were all fantastic! We are already talking about our next trip down. Thank you for helping our family build beautiful memories!

View of the Gulf

The location and house are excellent. The home is fully equipped, but could use a few more beach chairs. We were there a few weeks after Hurricanes Helene and Milton blew thru the area. There was a lot of cleanup going on in the area. A few repairs at the house were nearly complete, but did not impact our stay. The pool was a focal point, as the Gulf water was a little cold.We would definitely go back again.

Amazing property

We are a group of 7 girls who do a girls trip to AMI every year, this home did not disappoint. So much space! The outside pool area was great, the dining room for playing games, and the super short walk to the beach were all amazing. The rooms were so comfy and the towels (beach and pool) were plentiful. The wagon with all of the beach chairs was a great addition as well. We will be back!

Great place for multiple families!

Location is so key! It's so close to the beach! Highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the island to see the various shops/restaurants. The house is well equipped, and has 4 full baths and 2 half baths! Plenty of space for 14 people. There is an extra full sized fridge/freezer in the garage which worked out great for drinks. Also, there is another small refrigerator outside in the bar area. There are many stairs in the house, so definitely need to consider if your group consists of elderly, or small children. The posting said there were 3 bikes, however, when we arrived, there were no bikes. Also, the spa heater was not working. There is a great beach wagon, a few chairs, umbrella and some beach toys. Highly recommend renting an easy up for the beach, as the sun is hot and one umbrella is not enough for an entire group. We bought a cooler with wheels and left it at the house for future groups to use. The overall cleanliness of the house and grounds could have been better... especially the floors and windows. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the house worked out perfectly for the guests we had staying with us. We would definitely look at renting this house again!

The location was fantastic!

The house accommodated 14 people very well. Plenty of room. Very short walk to the beach. Tons of beach chairs and beach toys for the younger kids. We were glad we took our own yeti for coffee and so on because their was only 1 coffee cup and no glasses for drinking and no bowls for the little kids for their morning cereal. We did go buy bowls and plastic cups. Other than that our stay was wonderful! The TV’s also quit working the last couple days we were there but we called and they said because of the new owners they shut off the cable but they came out the same day and hooked up all new boxes. We were told this wasn’t supposed to happen until after our stay. The hot tub also quit working the second to the last day we were there but they sent someone out promptly and said they needed to replace the pump so they turned up the heat on the pool and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Big but dated and poor upkeep

It was a big house and accommodated our 14 guests nicely. The location is great! However, the property itself is poorly maintained. Lots of issues and broken items. Doors don’t close properly, cabinets falling apart, blinds don’t work, lights not functioning, plates missing on outlets in kids rooms, walls are damaged, spa bubblers don’t work. Reallly to many issues to list. It’s a shame.

Wonderful property

This is a great house for a large family. It is an ideal location just steps from the beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen could use a few updates but nothing that would prevent us from selecting this property for future family vacations. Loved this house and we plan to make this an annual trip.

Spring Break 2021

We had three families that stayed here for the last week in March for Spring Break. The location is accurate as described and you really can't beat it. Having lived in the property for a week, we would come back, and I think that says it all. That said, if you have never stayed here, you may want to know, as observed in prior reviews, the property wasn't as clean as we would have liked when we got there. That said, the property manager, Ty, was great. He came by and picked up items that the cleaning crew missed, and when beach towels were nowhere to be found, he delivered a box of beach towels. When the hot tub was set too low, he sent the pool guy and it got fixed. Ty was great. The property photos are accurate although I would guess there is a year or two of salt water exposure that has taken it's toll on the outside like any ocean side property. For example, the tiki bar fridge and TV are in pretty tough shape, a few of the pool chairs are starting to rip, and the sliding screen doors on the back of the house were falling off the tracks daily. If you get passed that, again, the location is amazing and the house is great. North is the main strip, a quick walk or golf cart drive away. South is another beach area and different restaurants.

Great trip

This was a last minute rental for 3 families - 6 adults and 8 kids. Loved the outdoor area - tiki bar and pool were great. Super short walk to beach, easy to bike to shopping, ice cream, etc. Home well stocked - few bikes, helmets, beach toys, extra towels. Had A/C issue that was quickly resolved. Great vacation!

Had a great time! There were 14 of us and it never felt crowded. Close to the beach and pool was perfect. Only complaint is that the air conditioning didn’t work well in the first floor which had one of the family rooms. Recommend renting golf carts to get around the island.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay. House was great. Lots of room. Loved the pool. One short block to beach access. House wasn’t located correctly on map when booking is only thing we noticed. Would rent this house again.

On the quieter end of the island

We loved being so close to the beach. Also the pool was great. Some of the amenities need repaired or replaced. There was less traffic on our part of the island and we had easy, close access to great restaurants. For the most part, the beds were comfortable. The kids beds ( as us often the case were not so comfy. ( we had 8 women, each in her own bed. ) Got used to the steps, but getting luggage and supplies was tough.

Great and Bad

The property is really nice. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. House was sparkling clean. The pool is beautiful. However, the pool pump was extremely loud and keep us awake. We called property manager on Sunday and Monday and Tuesday. Someone did show up on Tuesday to replace the pump. I was also shocked at how cheap the property manager is--one roll of toilet paper per bath? one roll of paper towels? no cleaning supplies? no dishwashing soap? one small bar of soap per bathroom. No basic spices? I will not rent from this property manager again.

Piece of Heaven......

House was very clean and accommodating. We had 12 people staying and took advantage of all the amenities. Rode bikes, in the pool and spa daily. Loved the patio area. Ate most of our meals out but did get some use of the grill and tiki bar area. Great access to the Gulf (across the street and passed a few houses to get there). Thank you for a stress free, much needed getaway!
