Great condo in a great location!

This condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to have the ocean view before us our whole stay. It was also very walkable to restaurants and stores. We highly recommend staying here!

Exactly what we were looking for

The property was exactly what we were looking for to experience our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The location to the beach, convenience of onsite pool and cleanliness of the property were perfect. The view from the screen balcony and living/kitchen area were amazing.

Nice place, parking could be better

Once neighbors came for week I couldn’t get in and out of parking space because there wasn’t enough space for my car to actually get in and out. Not all spots are like this though.

Loved our stay. The sunsets were fabulous, and we could enjoy every night from our private deck. So great to walk out right on the beach and relax or look for shells. Good eating places near us and free trolly near by.

This property appeared exactly as photographed. We enjoyed the views and the beach. The locker included has all we needed for the beach and pool fun! Temperature of the unit was comfortable.

Island Sunset Gem

Our stay at the Island Sunset property in Bradenton Beach was incredible! The property was impeccably clean. The location was fabulous. The property manager was in so responsive and checked on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed! This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. So beautiful, so relaxing. I can not wait to come back!

Soothes the Soul

A friend and I recently stayed in this condo on Bradenton Beach/AMI. The sound of the waves just steps from our lanai was so relaxing. Being able to open the large doors to fully the sights and sounds was amazing! The AMI trolley stop was about 20 yards away and so convenient to get around the island! We had a great time and will definitely return again!

Great place in a great location!

It was exactly what we were looking for, a place in front of the beach where we could relax. The apartment had everything that was listed, with no shortage of towels. The ceiling fans were perfect since the weather was mild and not too hot. But if needed, we had an option of using the central air. We recommend it.

Pre and Post retirement friends sharing a week to experience what AMI has to offer

Great location! Clean, with new higher-end appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Lovely beach view and easy access. Pool on site but seldom used, like all close by pools, faces the highway. Be sure you can carry your luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of steps for 2nd floor/just 2 flights for 1st.

Friends getaway

This location provided very easy access to the sunsets on golf side and very walkable sunrises on the bay side which was something our group enjoyed. Also, access to the AMI trolley was a nice option. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we loved the balcony where we could hang out and listen to the waves. The one thing I wish I had known before booking is that there is only 1 parking space. Since we drove to Florida from MIchigan, this made renting of a golf more difficult.

March visit

The property was clean and nice. Good location. I expected a higher quality condo for the price, even with March rates. The main bedroom was large and the bed, comfortable. The bunk bed was not comfortable. The mattress is rather thin. The pool was nice as was the beach. We didn’t appreciate the wake-up at 6:30am a couple of mornings from construction across the street.

So my Fiancé wanted to elope on a beach at sunset!

The condo was spotless and cleaning supplies were easy to find! Everything I needed was there and had me feeling like I was at home! The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. We were able to get married on the beach with ease and really enjoy the ocean. The condo is more beach decorated than pictured so it’s more aesthetic and pleasing to the eye! My child loved it and the layout is ideal! I was very happy choosing this condominium. Everything was included! The only downfall is the pull out mattress was super thin and you could feel the metal bar in them so it doesn’t really sleep 6 more like 5

Pool was closed entire stay

Great: Property Management. Location. Condo itself. Minor issues: The sofa bed like all the reviews said was not really sleepable. The mattress is old. Also the cloth/springs that hold the mattress up is broken/ no support in the middle and the end (you would fall down if you sat at the end. Major: This property was supposed to have a heated pool on site which was one of our main criteria. The pool was closed our entire stay. They said they would compensate and give us offsite pool passes but it was difficult to get to without a car. With a car it’s difficult to rally wet kids in the cold. The compensation was an extended night which I said we could not take as we have flights. They never got back to us. We picked and paid for a place with a heated pool and did not receive what we paid for.
