very nice for the price

Not sure why this got such bad reviews from others - our only complaint was smokers in the parking lot, but that's nothing to do with the room or management. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable. Minimal dishes, one mug, for example, so two people might not have enough for meals, but we brought our own, so no problem. Very friendly staff. We didn't use the gym, but it looked very nice. And another time of year we would have enjoyed the pool...

Completely opposite of how it was listed/ presented in photos!!!

This place was basically a dive! SO dates, furniture was old, chipped, scratched…. what have you. full kitchen???? There was 1 spoon, not 2, 1 drinking glass, not 2, and what there was was dated and cheap. For what we paid, we could have found a very nice hotel but we had thought a vrbo would be a nice change. Wish I had gone w/ our other choice we looked at! This was the biggest disappointment ever! 😡

Their pictures are not worth a 1000 words.

Room looked good in pictures. Once there, disappointed. Fridge had dents, really loud when compressor kicked on. Bathroom towel hangers barely hanging on the wall. The dog area is really poorly done. Kitchen ware is sparse at best. They need scouring pads for their pots and dishes. It's a run down place to stay. Positives. The black girl working the front counter ( I do not remember her name ) was awesome ! She was friendly, smiled, helpful and very courteous. Give her a raise !!!! She made the stay worth it. The manager was nice as well. The room lay out was good. Essentially, It's a run down hotel that needs a lot of love. The carpet was kinda gross and their stupid magnetic readers for their room keys had to be redone numerous times. And yes, I kept the room key away from electronics etc.... I probably would not stay there again until they clean the place up and remodel.
