Find a perfect escape in this luxury townhouse just nine miles away from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Only a few minutes' walk from home to Windsor Island's beautiful clubhouse. Complete with a refreshing pool. There's something for everyone's entertainment at this fantastic home. Amazing off-site attractions include Sea World, Sky Pirates Ballooning, Champion Gate Golf Club, Reunion Resort Water Park, Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club, and Orange Lake Golf.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright, beachy interior and a feeling of welcome. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on plush furniture. Stream your favorite movies on the large TV, sitting in massaging theater chairs in the movie room. Themed rooms, like Harry Potter, Star Wars, and the owner's favorite Disney character, Goofy. Enjoy poolside meals on the private lanai.

The sophisticated full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, a four-slice toaster, an air fryer, a rice cooker, a hand mixer, a blender, a grill, and an electric teapot. Each bedroom has a TV. All bathrooms include hair dryers. There is a Pack-N-Play for small children. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and washer/dryer.

Choose from several board games to play or video games on the Xbox. Or just relax and watch "A Goofy Movie" in massage chairs in the movie room.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
