VW Beach House is perfectly situated within walking distace of Vanderbilt and Wiggens Pass beaches on the 500 block in Naples Park. Only 1 mile to amazing restaurants and shops at the Mercato Shopping center.

Brand new and fully renovated - 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, spacious rental. Great for the whole family. Luxurious bamboo mattresses and bedding from Cariloha. Fully stocked kitchen and complete laundry/mud room.

Wifi and desk for remote workers as well.

Host was very responsive and wonderful. It was disappointing that the bikes that are advertised are no longer available. The grill that we intended to use also had little to no gas and was full of feces. We did ask for the showers to be recleaned and host had this taken care of very promptly. The house itself is in a great location and is very nice. Beds and linens were super. An extra towel and washcloth or 2 would be nice as well as a fly seater. Another nice touch would be mirrors and dressers in the bedrooms.

Thanks for the feed back. We are disappointed with the rating as we pride ourselves on getting extremely high reviews. To address a few of your concerns, there are dressers in the closets in the rooms, but the mirrors are indeed only in the bathrooms and master bedroom (as indicated in our pictures). The bikes I indicated to you the day you booked were retired due to rust issues and removed from the description. You knew this within the cancellation period, and I don’t know if it’s fair to dock us on something you knew beforehand. If an extra towel or wash cloth was needed, all you had to do was ask for more. I would have had the property manager bring some more over. We try to keep count of towels based off guests, and not put out a lot of extras as they tend to get lost or accidentally taken. I double checked the BBQ, did not see any feces in it (maybe it was a typo and meant rust?). We try to keep it clean, but it accumulates rust every few days that has to be brushed off before grilling. The propane tank itself was empty, but we had a filled replacement on site if you had asked. In the future, we would love to have you back, and try to exceed your expectations, as we are known to get high reviews (this is the lowest we have ever gotten on any platform from any guest). We would have loved to have rectified most of these issues as well if communicated during the stay.

The house is definitely set up for a big group. The kitchen had lots of plates, but not much as far as storage for leftovers. Guessing not a lot of people do big cooking/I just happen to cook a lot.

Perfect location, perfect layout

We were in town for just a few days for an event at the North Collier Regional Park. This location was perfect, gave the kids plenty of room to spread out, and was filled with lots of little extras that made the stay so much easier (e.g., laundry detergent pods).

Training trip in Naples

Seven team members of our bike team spent the week training. The house was clean, spacious, modern. Check in and communication were easy, smooth and seamless. We plan to stay here again next year!

Beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood

The home is amazing ... clean and updated from top to bottom. Stayed in the house with my wife and 2 teenage kids and there was lots of room for all of us. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of them. There were chairs and an umbrella that we could take to the beach. The showers were amazing, like a spa! Can't recommend this place enough.

Golf week 2024

We all loved it. 4 retirees on a golf trip. The 4 bedroom house was perfect for us. The TV was a challenge because of not being familiar with streaming but overall the house was fine,clean and great location.will be happy to return next year

Beautiful, updated and close to everything

This home was beautiful and updated. It had all the amenities a family could want. From the beautiful luxury bedding to the totally new appliances, we loved staying there and felt a bit pampered. The beds were comfortable and there was even beach toys, chairs and a grill. We had several children and really appreciated the openness of the floorplan. We also loved how close we were to Vanderbilt Beach and to Delnor Wiggins State Park. Thank you Randall!

Spectacular

This one story home has a magical and yet pragmatic experience to enjoy Naples. Is strategically located and omg al rooms are simply gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped even with perfectly size coffee mugs that made me feel at home. Randall is above and beyond available for anything we needed. Now what made us go to nirvana was the towels and the linens that simply were a piece of heaven. We have never stayed anywhere to experience something like the towels that are like pillow soft and the linens so comfy and soft. We were literally 5 minute drive from the beach and catches an amazing sunset. The house owner is truly amazing and we will tell everyone how amazing the property is and excellently located.

Don't hesitate! Great location and home away from home.

We felt at home right away here and stayed 3 weeks. All spaces in the home were spacious and clean. For all the gear needed for activities like kayaking and visiting the beach, we especially loved the large area with storage by the back door where the laundry is. Beds are comfortable, towels and linens are very nice, kitchen well-stocked for making meals in, closets roomy, and showers indulgent. We also appreciated the flooring (vinyl plank - so much cleaner than carpet) and the fact that a broom and vacuum are provided to keep the floors clean for longer stays. The neighborhood felt very safe for running/walking alone (a concern I try to look for when reading reviews), and just a few blocks away is a well-used walking path where you won't be alone (with occasional canal views to make it more interesting); also there are green parks and walking paths on both the north and south edges of this residential area. In addition to being a short drive to either of 2 beaches, it is a short, easy drive to numerous grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants - and almost any other type of retail you are looking for. The owner and property manager both addressed any questions or concerns immediately, although we had no major concerns or problems. Property manager was helpful and considerate and went out of his way to take care of us and make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend booking your stay here!
