Paradise Found! Enjoy fantastic sunsets in an updated 1400 sq. ft. townhouse in beautiful Executive Bay Club, on mile marker 87 in ISLAMORADA, Florida!

Amazing amenities- private beach with fishing dock, freshwater pool, clubhouse,
tennis/ pickleball courts in a private, gated community with 24-hour security. The waters are filled with abundant marine life, ideal for snorkeling.
The space
Our Islamorada beach townhome is a two-story unit, and the third level is a loft; 2 Bedroom/2 Bath + Loft - sleeps 8. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from our terrace with views to the bay and a very short walk to EBC private beach. Our unit is also situated across from all the main amenities (see map) and was completely remodeled in JUNE 2022.
Next door is Founders Park & Yacht Harbor.
You are minutes away from a large chain grocery store, CVS pharmacy and movie theater. Fine dining and casual dining are minutes away!
**High Speed Internet, Electric, and Water included!!
Accommodation - Sleeps 8 - All bedrooms are upstairs
NO PETS
Guest access
Guests may use the beach, pool and tennis courts. Guest may also fish off the common dock area. If you would like to bring your boat you can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. No docking allowed at the EBC marina (owners only).
Other things to note
NOTE: As per county regulations, 28 day rental minimum ONLY. No weekly rentals.
Also, reservations are not final unless you hear from Ruben or Monica directly. Thank you.

Roaches in the 2nd floor bathroom

The property is beautiful and beautifully appointed (except no placemats or coffee grinder). It should be a lovely place for families to gather and enjoy time at the pool, on the beach, or in the area. Unfortunately, we experienced roaches in the 2nd floor bathroom on two different occasions. The owners say they don't believe us, but I also smelled something that seemed like fumigation dust in the kitchen on the dishes. Be forewarned.
