Sophisticated Home Art District 4-5 Bedrooms
This home is somewhat formal but very comfortable. The heating and cooling system is divided between the first and second floor which enables us to rent only the first floor for someone needing a king size bed and a possible sofa sleeper.
For someone needing more space, there are three bedrooms upstairs when you are renting the entire home. The upstairs includes a second king size bedroom suite; plus, queen size and full-size beds in the other 2 bedrooms.

There is a formal living room and dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
