This is a charming little house, located within walking distance to so much. We had all we needed and will be staying in the future if this is avaliable.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this listing! The Property manager was friendly, communicative, and even went as far as to ask us our favorite drink and have it in the fridge for our arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Coeur d'Alene Lake (about 8-minute drive). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and was perfect for our quick weekend trip.
Perfect spot to stay with a short ride to the lake on our bikes. Very clean and well stocked cottage that had all the necessities in the kitchen for cooking meals while we were there. Conveniently located near a few breweries and restaurants as well. Had a great time with my kids while visiting. Thanks again!
Midtown Outpost was the perfect home base as we pursued adventures around CDA. Quiet neighborhood made resting after full days of adventure a joy and the recommended restaurants were all delicious! Our wonderful host even made sure we had a few favorite beverages in the fridge to enjoy! High recommend if you are visiting CDA.
Matt's property was just right for our family's long weekend in CDA. Check-in process was clearly communicated well in advance of our arrival, and was simple to follow. It is conveniently located within a very short drive of restaurants, grocery stores, and the downtown area, and getting on roads taking us to Silverwood, Hayden Lake, etc. was also super-easy from Matt's place. Great spot for us to land for a few days!
We had a great time in this cozy little bungalow! The property mostly looked the same on the inside, but the outside could use some work. The property manager was great at answering all of our questions before and during our stay. The communication was on point.

Raymond, I’m glad you were happy with our home and I’m surprised of your comment regarding the neighborhood being “sketchy“ we have multiple reviews of it being a safe and quiet neighborhood. You never once reached out to us letting us know any concerns. Seems more like judgment of some lower income homes around the block? They are actually great respectful neighbors.
We enjoyed our time at Midtown Outpost. We came to town to visit family and found the house to be quite adequate for our stay. We enjoy cooking…the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and allowed us to prepare meals and visit with family members in the front room. The location was great and allowed us to visit with several family households throughout CDA and access the area of attractions. The house was older, but nicely updated. Thank you for a great stay!

Okay
Very dated property with minimal amenities. Furniture is old, beds are even older. Plenty of room. For sure, owner needs to get a mat for the tub.
Beautifully renovated home close to down town Coeur d'Alene. Well stocked with essentials and very clean when we arrived. Neighborhood was wonderful: clean, quiet, lots of front porch sitting and people walking their dogs in the mornings and evenings.
Lindon Coffee is amazing and within walking distance.
Mid summer is very hot so the back grass was all dead and in need of tidying up. Mattresses were not comfortable in my opinion - one very hard and one so soft you sink to the middle.
My brother and I stayed at the Midtown Outpost for a family gathering in the area. This cute little spot was perfect us!
It gave us plenty of personal space in our down time from family activities. The location was perfect to see and experience the little downtown eateries, shopping and hiking! The kitchen was perfect for me to prepare my contributions to family meals!
Would love to come and stay again!
The only thing that I would suggest is a small fan in each bedroom. And possibly a mirror somewhere other than the bathroom! A girl needs to apply her face before going out in the world! LOL :)
