Large cottage on corner lot w/ fenced yard. Central location. Kid & Pet friendly


-Located in the heart of Westport on Ocean Avenue, just minutes to the Marina
-Pets stay for FREE
-Coffee, pizza, beer and the grocery store all within 3-5 minute walk
-One block from the library (great for kids on a rainy day)
-.9 miles to Lighthouse State Park and beach access!

Update 6/1/24. The grass lot immediately East of the property is no longer grass. It is a gravel lot not and sometimes cars from the tavern park there, but have not caused any issues!
Top amenities: Gas BBQ, high speed internet, covered front porch, griddle, waffle maker, crock pot, blender, coffee and tea bar, fire pit, games cards and poker chips, books & toys for kids, mini bunk beds, Hatch Rest, boot/glove dryer, oil and spices

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom #1 (Master): King Nectar bed w/ en suite bathroom. Electric fireplace
Bedroom #2: King Nectar bed
Bedroom #3: Queen Nectar bed, mini bunk beds (twin size)
Bedroom #4 (Den): Pullout couch (full size). This room is attached to the Master but has a door between the 2 rooms as well as it’s own door for entry from the hallway. See floor plan under listing photos.
*All rooms have lamps with built in USB A+C ports and one additional AC port. No more climbing around on the floor looking for outlets!

Make sure garage padlock is back in place.
Let us know if you swapped out propane tanks on the BBQ.

No cleaning fish or clams inside the house. Do it outside using the cleaning table provided (stored in garage) outside in the grass.
