Cece'sPlace is approximately 2500 sq. ft. of indoor living space, fully furnished with central air conditioning/heating, recess lighting throughout. There are three bedrooms; bedroom#1 and bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed each with closets, bedroom #3 has two single (twin) beds with closet. Two full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen which includes a wine cooler. Living room with wood burning fire place. Huge family room with cathedral ceiling, 85 inches TV and electric fireplace. Dining area, sunroom/lounge, large covered front porch with seating, outdoor shower/kitchen. Deck in back with table, chairs and grill. Fire pit *available upon requested*, parking (off road). Washer/dryer is located on the lower level of the home. Spacious front and back yard, featuring a well-kept lawn with beautiful gardens.

Although the home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is centrally located to many attractions that Yarmouth and the surrounding communities have to offer. Come see what Cape Cod have to offer from the beautiful beaches, parks, golf courses, bike trails, local markets, shopping, water parks, water sports, whale watching, local concerts, drive-in theater, Cape Cod play house, hiking, lots of restaurants for everyone taste buds and much more.
