Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Birds and butterflies

The house was very comfortable, well laid out for our group, clean, good beds. It was very close to all the places we wanted to visit and we were able to cut costs by cooking our own evening meal. If we get to go back in the future, this listing is the first I will check.

This Mission Texas VRBO is perfect!

Husband and eyes stayed at this VRBO and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was exactly as described. Very quiet and private. We love the space of the home and the sweet decor. Thalia is a wonderful host. Very responsive to all messages and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this lovely home. If we return to The RGV we will definitely want to stay here again! Thank you so much!

very nice house and location, would use again. Having control over heating and cooling would have beengood, since we were very chilly the first several days andthen of course the heat when it got hot out. We did not know anything about controls. Also a 2 and/or 3 qt sauce pan would have been helpful and storage containers were lacking, no bowls with lids of any kind. Not a complaint just suggestions.
