Best experience I could’ve imagined

The VRBO is very clean and comfortable. The layout makes you feel at home and the size makes it feel like you’re in a cabin. The living room and bedroom both have a good TVs for easy entertainment, the bathroom is perfectly sized and has everything you’ll need, and you can make whatever you’d want to in the kitchen. It’s secluded yet well placed in regards to the rest of the Carthage/Pinehurst/Southern Pines area so nothing was more than 20 minutes away. I 100% would stay again if I’m ever in need for a VRBO in the area again.

Quiet Sanctuary away

Our week stay at the Butterfly Cottage was so peaceful and much needed. Sarah was incredibly responsive and helpful through text. The cottage itself is close to the town if you needed groceries or to DoorDash food for dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the time we spent outside in the Adirondack chairs while our dog ran on the lead that they had for him. It was lovely to stay at a home that had a tv in the bedroom as well. It had all the comforts of home but the luxury of being away from all the busyness of everyday life.

ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE

The butterfly cottage is so super cute!! There were lots of extra amenities provided like a leash lead for our pups outside, bottled water, condiments, some food and snacks, toiletries, bug spray etc which was GREAT! The owner is super responsive kind and helpful and made our stay great! The outside firepit is wonderful but definitely use the bug spray this time of year lol! Also love how close we were to Pinehurst Golf course and Pinehurst village was AWESOME! DEFINITELY recommend this cute little place! Just a note, the listing says queen bed in the bedroom but it is only a full. Also if you need to use it, the couch bed is super super comfy!!
