This apartment is located on the first floor (étage noble) of a lovely historic home in the center of Avignon. Down an impasse and behind a gate, you are removed from the bustle of the street but within steps to everything, A few minutes walk to Les Halles, the covered market, to many restaurants, theatres, pharmacies and cafes. The apartment consists of two bedroom each with a large bed (160 centimeters wide). Each bedroom has its own bathroom facilities. The master bedroom's bathroom has an Italian walk in shower, double sinks and a toilet with douchette. The bedroom has a closet and chests of drawers for storage. Both bedrooms have air conditioners. The second bedroom also houses a large bed (160 centimeters wide), chest of drawers, book shelves and a closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower washing machine and a single sink. There is a separate toilet. In between the two bedrooms there is a kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, induction hob, toaster, microwave, expresso machine, water boiler, rice cooker, and blender). Cooking utensils, dishware are included. Wooden shutters to block out light for sleeping. Very sunny during day. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in this gorgeous city. Optional single bed in salon with advance notice. Lovely option for families. Maximum 5 guests. Non smoking and no pets. Owned by an American artist living in France for over 30 years. Wifi included.
